We consistently purchase properties in strong economic markets, then manage and maintain them to high standards for an optimal return to our investors. We are currently focusing on multifamily apartment or manufactured home (mobile home) parks.
A Typical PTLA Real Estate Transaction
The majority of our investments are income-producing assets along with capital appreciation. We purchase these assets without highly leveraging them. A typical transaction is 30-35% down payment and the average holding period is 7 to 10 years. Separate limited partnerships are formed for each asset purchase with the average investor participating at levels of $50,000 to $500,000 per transaction. Quarterly cash distributions are made for each partnership. PTLA also provides investment opportunities for investments in notes that are usually for capital improvements or development of various partnership properties.
